• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.
2. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access source code.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
4. Use automated systems to scrape or harvest information without prior permission.
5. Submit content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. User Content

• You grant UndetectableAI.help a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the services.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit content.

4. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, comments, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use it without obligation or compensation.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed in accordance with the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may modify pricing by providing notice before the next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

UndetectableAI.help retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, documentation, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use UndetectableAI.help trademarks or logos without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Certain features may provide access to confidential information. You agree to protect this information and use it only for permitted purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with or link to third-party products. We are not responsible for those products and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

UndetectableAI.help is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free operation, accuracy of outputs, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UndetectableAI.help and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UndetectableAI.help, its affiliates, and employees from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
